Park by the Kiosk near the Diocese and sign in at the kiosk.

[Hide Comment] As stated in the description it is important to approach this boulder appropriately. There is a sensitive access issue currently going on at Lone rock point. If you do not approach this by boat you need to obtain a proper day pass or permission from the Diocese. Jul 1, 2015

[Hide Comment] To add to DRusso the passes are free. Their office is open 9-5 weekdays and is located near their solar panels along the road from North Beach/BHS area. There is a parking lot and some big fields across from the office, you can park here. Jul 13, 2015
