Description

The Zen Ledges are a georgous place to hangout and do some highball bouldering. This long wall offers up a number of problems, with Holy Madness probably being the most classic.

Getting There

Just northwest of The Cranium Area, down the boulder choked canyon, and then west. It's a longgggg wall.

Seems like easiest approach is to go to the rocky saddle just north of the Cranium Crack and climb onto the low dome that forms west side of the saddle. Walk across top of the dome and drop in at a crack onto the north side of the dome onto the 20+ foot wide Zen Ledge. Routes are to the right. Seems like this is the spot, at least it matches the photo of the Holy Madness route. Cool exploring in this area, has a remote feel to it - very Zen.
