The Warm-Up Wall
Utah
> Southwest Utah
> Saint George
> Utah Hills
Description
This wall looks amazing from a distance. Upon closer inspection, the routes look worthy, but most of the hardware looks questionable. Ring bolts, rusted home made hangers and strange wired anchors. There's a newer looking route on the wall to the east of the Warm-Up Wall proper that looks good.
Getting There
Drive 8.5 miles south on HWY 91 from the Gunlock intersection, then turn left on an unmarked dirt road. Immediately cross a cattle guard, then drive 1.9 miles along the main track (rough 2WD) to a fork (go left for Gorilla Cliffs, Simion Complex, Snakepit, Soul Asylum, etc). Keep right at this fork and continue until you see a small dirt road on the right just before reaching the gravel pit. Follow this road until you see the cliff and can find a place to park. An alternate approach is to park at the gravel pit and follow a washed out road on the south end of the gravel pit up and around to the south until you see the cliffs.
