All boulders are labeled, at least the ones on mountain project. There are definitely some problems and boulders missing on the site in general.

These are the trash cans, most all boulders are visible. The Borglum Rock is the large formation looming over them. The parking lot is directly left of the photo (you can see one parking block through the snow).

[Hide Comment] Great area, short approach, and a variety of problems in the V0 - Vhard range. I presume Mike Olsen nabbed many of the FAs here hence the large number of red dots scattered amongst the boulders. Hopefully these pictures help a bit for anyone looking to get out and get some sends. If anyone knows names and grades please post up. Jun 30, 2013

[Hide Comment] Thanks for the awesome info/beta Greg, I've heard similar things about the red dots going up after problems had already been sent or established. I'll get the routes up on here to reflect that info as well as change some of those colored lines. This is a great area with really fun routes. Jul 1, 2013

[Hide Comment] In the 1970's, 80's and 90's we referred to these boulders as the "Borglum Memorial Boulders". We referred to the boulders south of the Mt Rushmore Visitors Center between "Riordon's Rock" and the "Oval Office" just below the now off limits parking spot as the "Trash Can Boulders". Many of these problems were climbed in the 1970's and 1980's. Feb 8, 2015
