Description Suggest change

The Jurassic Boulders are a small cluster of boulders that sit along the ridge south of the Morgan Trail. The rock is high quality granite and with more development, could possibly offer a good circuit similar to El Cariso. There is more rock to be found, but as with most rock along Ortega, it tends to be short and featureless.

Getting There Suggest change

Take Ortega Highway/74 east towards Lake Elsinore, after passing the small town of El Cariso, turn right onto the South Main Divide. Shortly after passing the Morgan Trailhead is a turnout on the righthand side. As of writing this, the turnout has been blocked off, theres plenty of room to park on the shoulder.
