Description
On the Ebb Tide of Death is one of the two tallest blocks in the Southie Area of Mecca. So far there is only one established problem. The southeast corner, which boasts the established line, sees sun in the late morning and early afternoon, making it an ideal winter destination, whereas, in the summer, shade would be ideal.
Getting There
It is located in the Southie Area. From the parking area, head downhill, cross East Creek, head up toward the Mecca Boulder on the dirt track, continue past the boulder about 50 yards, and then head uphill toward the cliff. Below the cliff, there is a foot path, which is marked by cairns. Make sure not to disturb them and conservatively add to them to mark the trail, and avoid "cow trailing" the hillside. Head in a southwesterly direction, and the boulder will be on the right.
On the trail, just prior to reaching Ebb Tide, there is another massive block with a top-rope bolt on the east face, that leans against and is eclipsed in size by The Ebb Tide.

Routes from Left to Right
[Hide Photo] Anybody know what's up with this pile of logs? Slightly worried about falling onto them, but I also don't want to move them if they're there for a reason.
