Description

The sport climbing area of Takatori Yama. There are about 10 sport routes in this area with a smattering of top rope routes only as well.

Getting There

From the Experts Wall follow the concrete steps that go around the peak. After descending a long set of stairs you will come around a bend and the large Buddha statue will be right in front of you. The trail skirts around to the left of Buddha and squeezes through a narrow slot in between two large rock faces. This area has 3 distinct formations. The first one you come to has one bolted route. The middle area has the majority of the routes and the 3rd area in the back has a couple of easy sport routes (on the best rock in the park) and a fun bouldering traverse.
