Description
This area includes the boulders and small cliffs accessible from Quarry Road within the Middlesex Fells. Quarry Road begins at Bellevue Pond. There are two small cliffs at Quarry Spring, a small cliff near the highway and, of course, Wright's Tower. There are also scattered boulders in the area including off the Skyline trail (white blazes).
Getting There
Park at the Bellevue Pond lot on South Border Road. Quarry Road goes straight in. After about 1/4 mile, the road intersects with the Panther Cave Path, and the Wright's Tower road. Quarry Road continues straight. After another 200 feet, Quarry Spring is on your right. The second cliff is another 100' down the road on the right. The Highway Cliff is further down Quarry Road. When you see the highway, follow the bottom of the slope until you see the cliff.
