Access Issue: Climbing Regulations/Seasonal Raptor Closures Details

The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

This obvious boulder is a ear shot away from The caveman boulder. Doesn't seem to get much traffic. It is a great warm up area with lots of easy climbs. But don't let the grade fol you, some of these lines are trickier than they appear.
