Description
Sport climbing in a dramatic, seaside setting. Generally short in length, the sometimes poor route quality and inconvenience of access are overshadowed by the area's natural beauty.
Described as "adventure sport climbing", many areas require rappel access, hanging belays over the water, lack anchors, or all of the above. Still, there are a handful of routes that are casual clip-
'n-go affairs.
Also, this is home to Scotland's only bolted seastack, The Deil's Head.

Getting There
Located in the town of Abroath. Drive to the harbor and follow signs for the Seaton Sea Cliffs. The coastal road will terminate at a large parking lot with a standalone bathroom in the middle of the lot.
Hike along the obvious paved path, keeping a lookout for access trails or rappel staples (sometimes very corroded).
