Description

This working name applies to the first cliffband on the east side of the canyon, which spans about 1/2 mile from the mouth of the canyon (south) to a shallow side canyon that cuts east out of the main canyon (north). There are only a few routes here, a couple of which are posted, and a couple of unknown systems with tat anchors visible.
Routes here hold shade until about 1 pm.
RAIN, WET ROCK and RAPTOR CLOSURES: The sandstone around Moab is fragile and is very easily damaged when it is wet. Also please ask and be aware of Raptor Closures in areas such as CAT WALL and RESERVOIR WALL in Indian Creek Details

Getting There

From the gate/parking turnaround, follow the fence east, cross the usually dry creek-bed (some brush to contend with), and hike up the short, loose hillside to the wall.
