Description

These boulders are separated from the North Forest Boulders by the little ridge that the Beacon Rock Trail follows and are downhill to the right from the Beacon Rock Trail as you begin gaining elevation onto the rock itself. Before you get to the gated door as the trail begins to climb Beacon Rock, you will see a faint trail leading down into a deep gulley on the east side of the mountain...follow this down into the Talus Boulders and explore. If you miss it, you'll start to notice some boulders down in the gulley to your right as you start up the Beacon Rock Trail.

Getting There

Maybe 200 yards up the Beacon Rock Trail, after it levels out on a little ridgeline, but before the trail begins to gain much elevation, follow the faint trail down to your right.
