Description Suggest change

This is a huge block with frustrating topography on top of the hill near the pipeline.

Besides the obvious crack, it's hard to find genuine lines here, but the rock is decent and there are holds that make for good eliminates and drop-off problems.

Getting There Suggest change

This boulder sits on the northern border of the Haskell Pond area and can be visited before going further on.

Park in the lot on Forest Lane off 133 and walk West up the pipeline. Once you gain the top of the hill, continue for several hundred yards looking for a large, muddy patch (shallow water in the spring) and low angle slab. Turn off left on an obvious path, and trend right to avoid the large open slab (with the large fire pit and several trails branching off it).  If you're on the right trail, this huge block is dead obvious - the trail goes right next to it.

If while on the pipeline you pass a small pond (swamp in summer) on your right, you've gone too far.

If you use MP's map location for this rock (which is pretty spot-on) combined with Open Street Map, AllTrails, Trailforks, or something that has the area trails mapped, you'll have a pretty easy time finding this.
