Description Suggest change

This area is slightly to the right of the middle of the overall Alaro crag. It's easily identified by a large cave, wide, shallow, and low in a section of tan rock with vertical streaks of gray and white. There's a good bit of direct sun in the afternoon, but the relatively high exposure typically brings breezy conditions and stellar vistas.

With only a few climbs in the 5.10's (and none below), this area really excels for the 5.11 and 5.12 climber looking for pumpy and fingery routes, primarily 1 to 2 pitches.

Getting There Suggest change

There is a trail from the road before reaching the restaurant parking lot that heads toward this area. (Trailhead roughly 39.72954, 2.79106) When you get close to the wall, you have to split off the main path onto a small trail that leads diagonally up to the wall.
