Description
This crag his visible from the road, on the left, when you approach the camping. It contains great easy to moderate climbs. Facing north-north-east, it is almost always in the sun. Great for cold winter days or on cloudy days. Gets in the shade after four in the summer.
Getting There
From Waterval Boven town, on the main road, at the Rocn Rope intersection, you turn right and go up for about 2 km to enter the dirt road. After 5 km you will have on your right the Tranquilitas Adventure Farm. You turn right and park under the trees on the right side. From there, you walk back to the gravel road and head right toward the camping ground and follow the instructions above.
From the Tranquilitas camp site, take the trail heading north west through the grass. It is starting close to the electricity transformer. At the cliff edge, you will be guided by large cairns and will go down on an short scrambling. After you pass the square Rubiks Cube Block on your left, you go right toward the cliff to find the last climb :CAVIAR WHISKERS. WIthin all the sub-sections, climbs are indicated from the left. To get to THE CRECHE, you walk about 10 minutes along the crag.
Please note that after heavy rain the dirt road become very difficult to use if you do not have a 4x4. The good news is that it dries very quickly so you will most probably be able to take it on the following day.
