This area gets full sun most of the day so climb late afternoon or on a cloudy day. There are over two dozen quality routes here. Most of it being technical climbing on vertical faces. Lots of small crimps and pockets to pull on. There are a few multi pitch routes as well. There are also plenty of wasp around so watch out for the nests as your climbing. They seem to leave you alone if you climb very carefully and slowly when your in close proximity to a nest. I got stung a couple times in the face when I climbed right up onto a nest with out seeing it. I also climbed past multiple nest slowly without bothering any of them so that seemed to be the trick, but it can be nerve wracking when your trying to climbing through a crux as slowly as possible with wasp buzzing around you. A nice place to spend the evening pulling mono pockets.

Walk the road north out of Vinales. It starts out paved. You will pass a baseball diamond on your left and then walk down through a nice neighborhood. The road eventually turns to dirt. Once you get to a T junction go left at the little wooden shack with seating out front that someone is selling drinks from. Walk another few hundred meters down this dirt road/path. You should pass a couple farm houses on your right.
There is a super friendly nice lady called Clara that will offer you tea and she is super climber friendly. She will let you go through her gate to get to the wall. Once you spot the wall walk across the fields. Be respectful stay along the fences and don't step on any of the crops. Its about a 20 minute walk from Vinelas Center.
