The ice in the Poudre Canyon can be hard to come by and varies by season, but there are a few routes worth mentioning. This is also a challenge for people to explore more of the Poudre Canyon. There is more up there.

Getting There

From Fort Collins, take U.S. Hwy 287 (College Ave.) north to Ted's Place (Mile Marker 22) where you turn left (west) onto CO Hwy 14. You are now heading into the Poudre Canyon.
