Description
The Beer Cave is one of the more isolated smaller bouldering Cirques at Old Castle. Home of the classic Beer Cave Traverse, this Cirque offers quiet shady secluded bouldering, with a multitude of fine problems ranging in difficulty from V0-V8.
Getting There
From Hill Side Cirque, head uphill to your left, northwest roughly 100+ yards. Shooting for toe of the first slab. As you approach toe of first slab look for giant saucer shaped boulder with large cave under its southeast side, in a small grove of oaks. This is the Beer Cave and surrounding boulders.
