Description Suggest change

Lions Den is a great little satellite crag found to the east of the Main Wall. Easy approach, shorter less serious climbs, make this area very convenient. Unfortunately there are only a handful of routes.
Southeast facing so it goes into afternoon shade a little bit earlier.

Getting There Suggest change

Continue past call box parking area on Old Castle Road East uphill, until first large obvious switchback in the road cuts you back right.
Park at either large turnout at this first switchback. Cliff is easily seen to the north almost right off the road. From here or even as you drive by the rock formation you will see a very obvious splitter hand/finger crack about 30 feet in length. Follow dirt road up left side of ravine 200 yards, cut left up to Cliff.
