Access Issue: Restrictions January 1 - April 30 Details

There is an annual closure from Jan 1 - Apr 30 prohibiting travel more than 400' off of established trails due to bighorn sheep lambing season. The current order can be found here ( fs.usda.gov/Internet/FSE_DO…) but will be extended when the current order expires.

Description

This is wall is able to be seen from the Linda Vista trail head parking lot. It faces north and is in the shade till late in the afternoon. The rock is a little grainy.

Getting There

Take Oracle Rd heading North heading for Oro Valley. About 4 miles after Ina Rd look for a road to the right (east) called Linda Vista. Go down 1/4 mile and take a right into the parking area before the gated community. Access the wall using the Linda Vista trail system. 35 min in 25 min out.
