DescriptionSo you've decided to come to the Frankenjura for some powerful and historical climbing. You're psyched and have read the main page, but now that you're here you're realizing how overwhelmed you are. With over 10,000 routes, where do I start? If you haven't already made a wishlist of specific routes and are here for the experience rather than a ticklist, then this is the page you need. Here you'll find lists of crags which will help you keep climbing independent of what the weather has in mind.
The main page has a description of what the weather is like throughout the year, but it was just getting too full for these lists of climbing areas based on weather. To the left you'll find "areas" which are actually just a grouping of crags based on what the weather forces you to do. If it's cold and clear, choose something from the "Sunny Winter" category. If it's hot, obviously you want to find something under the "Shady Summer" heading. And if it's raining, seek shelter under some overhangs. Were you resting during the two days of rain and it's finally stopped? Here's a list of Fast Drying Crags. And finally, there's also a list of crags which are for your average Spring and Autumn days where you can basically do whatever you want - ??.
Here's something new: got kids?
