Description
An assortment or glen filled with pinnacles and mounds sit on the horizon about 4 miles north of the upper Rogers Cyn-Horse Creek Rd. From the top of Rogers Canyon drive east for 3.1 miles to a junction. You can look at this formation from here. One way into this area is through the locked gate to the left[with permission]. A turn to the right goes to the Cheyenne Iron Mt Rd which is all gravel until the meeting the Burlington Santa Fe railroad tracks.
Raymond Jaquot and friends [aid?] climbed all the formations summits in this group according to a chat with Ray.
Bob Scarpelli reports that a guide covering this area was published. Maybe this was it: A Climber's Guide to Southeastern Wyoming. J. Halfpenny. Self-Published, 1972. I have not seen a copy, but maybe there is one at Coe Library, UW under lock and key.

Getting There
Climbers from the past have called this area Ragged Top and hence we do. The actual geographical point Ragged Top is the high summit of this group and it has a different legal description than the rock climbing area of this glen. The area or section of this rock is surrounded by private land. Who all you get to grant you crossing permission will determine which way you go.
