DescriptionThis is the "backside" of the boulder and offers a handful of easier problems from V0 to V5 to sample when in the area.
Remember to fill out a wilderness permit, even if climbing for the day! Details
Permits can be acquired at the ranger station on the way to the boulders from the upper Tramway station.
Getting ThereStarting from the far end of The Beach take the trail past the Methane Boulder, past the Steep Sharma Arete and wind up through boulders until the obvious mass of the Glass Boulder comes into view on the left and then make a sharp right to the obvious dark boulder on the right. The approach takes about 20-30 minutes depending on your method of approach and hiking speed.
