Description
This area is directly below Gaustatoppen and the climbs at Gaustatoppfossen are usually the first to fully form in Rjukan.
Getting There
From Rjukan:
Drive east on Road 37 for 5km and follow the signs for the ski area. Follow the road past the turn of for the ski area for as long as possible. Park at the gate where the road is close and continue by foot. Follow the path from Svineroi cabin on the right-hand side. The path leads towards the electric lines. Turn slightly to the left when you get to the cables and follow the faint path until you reach the waterfalls. Approach takes around 45min.
