Description Suggest change

A short wall (about 10m mostly) of quarried limestone, steepening at the top and resembling, well, the crest of a wave. Some of the routes are good, some of them less so, but it's a popular destination because of its roadside location, summer access, and shelter from light showers. While it does catch some sun in the winter, it also suffers from seepage so is not a reliable winter crag.

Almost all the routes are bolted, but one or two cracks may have been left to traditionalists. There are some boulders at the bottom, and some problems detailed in the guidebook, but this isn't the main activity at the crag.
