Cretaceous area Rock Climbing

After you've left town but not quite to the AnQiNi scenic area turnoff towards the Lisu area, you will see a parking lot on your left (filled with gravel and construction vehicles as of 11/2016) and a large traditional house on your right. There is a trail hops the culvert and goes up through some small gardens on the hillside. Follow the most obvious path along the hillside and into the trees. It will pop out in a meadow, with the Cretaceous area up and to your right, the Orange Sky valley straight ahead, and another small village below and to your left. Follow the most obvious path up the steep slope towards the obvious buttress.
