Description

This area sits to the west of the Bluff Mesa Group Camp, on the way to the Black Bluff crag. The first obvious climbable boulder is about a quarter mile walk west of the camp area. Granite boulders large and small are scattered all over this area, with lots of potential for development. Light traffic makes this area a nice place to wander around and explore.

Getting There

Follow the directions to the Bluff Mesa Group Camp in the Black Bluff guide. While there are boulders all around the campground, the first large and obvious climbable boulder is about a quarter mile walk west of the camp. Follow the small cairns and/or plastic sign posts untill you see a rock that wants to be climbed.
