Getting There
Go to the rest area on westbound I-80, just before Boreal / Castle Peak exit. Park on the far east end of the parking lot. Find the well-worn, well-label trail. Follow all trail signs to Summit Lake. You'll reach Rated X Boulder after about 3 minutes and Trail Boulder #1 after 5 minutes.
