Description

A nice piece of rock, originally climbed by Andrew Metcalf et al in the 70's or early 80's. It is possible to do this from the bottom of the plateau. Doing this takes about 8 to 14 hours (600M) As an alternative, one can drive out to the Queen's View on top of the plateau. A half an hour walk or a pretty fun motorcycle ride will take you right to the top of the climb.

Getting There

Drive up the Kuchawa road and take the turn past the trout farm. The dirt road winds along the plateau past the view point, generally headed towards CHingwe's Hole. Pass several turns, until you come to a T...and take the short spur to the right. Park near the overlook at the road's end, or take your motorcycle down a faint track that branches left just before the end. Travel the path heading towards the obvious butress.
