Description

This crag packs one of the longer approaches in the canyon, but you are rewarded with some of the best rock and a handful of classic routes. The crag has two tiers, the lower having a handful of shorter routes, and the upper tier containing the majority of the popular climbs. Highly recommended are The Air Conditioner (11d), The Almighty (12c) and the powerful In The Pinch of Time (13b). This crag is never crowded, gets shade until mid-afternoon and provides beautiful vistas of the canyon.

Getting There

Park as for 385. Hike around 385 on the right side. After a painfully loose and steep start the hike becomes a steady uphill stroll for about 30-45 minutes. Follow a faint trail across the open area above 385, then continue right into the trees.
