Description

This is another boulder in the creek bed. The prow at the lowest point of the boulder is home to a couple intermediate to difficult problems involving mostly slopey and compression-based climbing.

It's a good place to hang out on a hot day as the problems stay mostly in the shade.

Getting There

If you follow the main trail that stays left of the creek bed, you take a trail just slightly downhill from the Wave Boulder that takes you down to the creek bed. The Prefontaine Boulder is imbedded in the hillside on the left of the creek bed.
