Montana > Southwest Region > Big Belt Mountains > Avalanche Gulch

Description

Sunny section of grey rock and stout climbs, which range from 5.8 to 12a.

Getting There

Walk north 150 feet from cattle guard to where the road cuts through a buttress. Climb the hill on the east side of the buttress to access climbs. Look for the obvious spire, walk past the face just to the left of it, past the chossy section, and climb the large cleaner face.
