Description

Sport and trad climbing over the ocean; Rappel in and climb out.

Getting There

This is the first climbing area you will come to along the access trail. You will have to rap down from the trees to get to the cliffs edge. There are four paths cut through the woods to rap down through in order to reach the various climbs. From the cliff top there are bolt anchors you can use to rap the remainder of the way down. The cliff itself is roughly 40m not including the 15m rap through the woods. At the bottom there are bolts anchors to set up a belay. If you don't mind a nice rope swing you can reach the belay stations at the bottom of adjacent routes! See the map in the main DFO page.
