Theth sits in a valley surrounded by 2000m limestone peaks. Mt. Arapit, whose 800m face was only recently climbed, is the most famous.

Getting There Suggest change

150km north of Tirana. Follow the highway past Shkoder, continue on to Theth. Rough roads make slow going, and watch out for livestock randomly crossing the road.
