Description

Typical pocketed Frankenjura climbing with an occassional crack thrown in for good measure. Most of the routes are relatively easy and almost all climb at least some slab. Despite what the website says, this place is not protected from rain and fast drying.
The crag could be divided into two areas - left and right. The obvious divider is the large cleft just right of the roof and roughly in the middle of the crag.
The crag is kid friendly with a picnic table at the base, a stroller-friendly approach, mostly flat ground all around, and a little cave around back. There's plenty of space for them to run and play and find things to discover (such as the cave).

Getting There

Easily accessed by heading towards Hormersdorf from Plech. Before you leave Plech, at the edge of town on the left is a road next to an old factory and at the end of the road is a hikers' parking area. Park here and follow the road/path for 5 min to the crag.
