Description

This rock contains several moderate routes. It receives shade in the morning and is a nice place to escape the crowds. Most of the climbs have not been done extensively, so expect a little dirt and choss. Two projects on the far left side of the wall are currently red tagged.

Getting There

The Walls of Liberation is abutting Simpson Rock, on the north side of Right Fork. It is directly across from Oxygen Wall/Shady Lane. Park at Right Fork parking or continue past the trailhead to one of the non-maintained pullouts. You can approach the crag from the Right Fork trailhead, or two trails above the trailhead. From the Simpson Rock trail, you will run into the main wall first, and from the direct route to the Walls of Liberation you will see This Scud's For You first.

The best approach is made by hiking up the main road past Simpson Rock, then pass two additional small formations. A trail comes down from the corridor between This Scuds for You and the rock formation to the immediate south of the route. Use this trail. Nov 24, 2017
