Description
About a 10/15 mile dive from the town of Keswick .In the middle of the valley there is the small village of Buttermere located between the Buttermere Lake and Crummock Water. Has a good pub. There are quite a few crags in the area. Two of the best Honister Crag and Buckstone How are gained from Honister Pass at the East end of the valley.
