It's located on the north side of a small mountain and gets shade most of the afternoon. The drive is easy and the boulders are right next to the road. 107 is great for a quick workout.
There are usually only four or five people there at the maximum. Rock quality is good, but it's pretty sharp granite. It will be rough on your fingers. Problem difficulty ranges from V0 to V10 and there are about 40 established lines.
Getting ThereFrom the town of Sylva, NC drive on 107 S. You will pass WCU after about 5 minutes. Keep driving for around 20 minutes. You will eventually pass a recycling center on the right side of the road. The boulders are coming up on your right shortly after that. Keep looking and you will see them just after the road pinches back down to two lanes.
