Steele Valley Bouldering

15 frwy in elsinore exit nichols rd. if your going south on the 15 exit and go left, fallow that road straight. as it turns to dirt keep going straight.continue threw that first group of houses, the dirt road winds back and fourth for about a mile or so. then after not seeing any properties for a miniute there will be one last old little fenced area to the left with a old sing to the left, on it that says something PALMS or PALMS RANCH or something, i cant remember, but keep your eyes peeled. then right after that there is two little dirt roads that go off to the right and the both meet up to each other quickly. then fallow it as it bends to the right then around the hill side to the left it will go by some boulders to the left with some graffiti on it. fallow it as it goes up and over a hill thats pretty rough there is a little road that veers off to the left then meet back at the top that is a little easer to get up. then as you crest the hill you should start to see the boulders... if you go more to the right of the area you will see a couple of smaller dirt roads that go to the left and up to the boulders these lead to different areas in steele valley, but if you go down to on of the last ones it will bring you right up to a nice slab with large crimps going upand on the back there is a squid painted on the rock. this area is called the parking lot boulders, the reast will be eiser to find from here.
