Description

Granitic slab climbing on a north facing wall of Choirboy or Stegosaurus Butte. Several routes between 5.9 and 5.12 exist, mostly bolted with some gear placements. Some go on for a second pitch, but expect grime as there's not a lot of traffic. Two 60m ropes are required to rappel on all routes which range from 160 to 200 feet.

Getting There

About 13 miles up the Middle Fork of the Snoqualmie river [from the end of the pavement], start hiking up river at the Middle Fork river trailhead, crossing the river on the million dollar foot bridge. Hike up river through some proper cedars for about one mile, watching for a prominent slab on the right. You'll hop about 50 feet off trail to the base of the routes.
