Poison Ivy Wall

Colorado > Glenwood Springs > Glenwood Canyon > No Name Canyon > W Side

Description

This is an organizational entry to allow for L->R sorting.

Per Bryan Gall: the Poison Ivy Wall is located on the west side of No Name Creek approached by crossing the creek at the bridge and walking the utility road back downstream towards the obvious cliff band. Silver Doors cut into the cliff for Glenwood Springs' water diversion facility. Up and to the right of The Doors is the Poison Ivy Wall.

Per Michael Schneiter:

L->R:

The Itch, 9, 1p, 85', gear.
Sumac, 9, 1p, 60', gear.
Kor Line aka Poison Ivy aka Garden Salad, 9-, 1p, 60', gear.
Twin Cracks aka Railroad Cracks, 8, 1p, 50', gear.
?The Sickle?, 10, 1p, 60', gear.
Lightning Bolt Cracks, 10, 1p, 50', gear.
?Afro Samurai?, 2p, 200', bolts & gear.

Obscurity 11, 11, 1p, 60', gear.

Getting There

These routes either start on the road just right of the large, silver door that is part of the Glenwood water system or from the trail along the wall.

More details are to be edited in later.

[Hide Comment] This area is aptly named. We did identify some poison ivy at the wall. The three left most routes were clear and easy to access. The routes on the right side of the wall had a good amount of poison ivy at the base. Jul 8, 2024
