Description

This is a beautiful boulder with a couple lines on it. It has bomber rock until you get up high. There are some brittle knobs due to low traffic.

Getting There

This boulder lies about 50 yards West of This Thing. It can be recognized by a horizontal shelf at about 6 feet. Follow the trail in past the sleeping rock and then cut upslope after the trees that have fallen across the trail.

I bouldered with Springs locals who did a lot of the FAs here, and they called this the Dinosaur Boulder. Not to be confused with the Sleeping Rock, which kind of looks like a dinosaur. We climbed three different lines on this boulder. May 5, 2013

I am just basing my thoughts on the info in the book. The picture from the v3 is to the left of the other if the info in there is correct. I also felt that the new problem was quite a bit harder than v3. Always happy to get a second opinion. Oct 15, 2011
