Description

The Tunnel Wall is a small area that holds a handful of routes ranging from the great warmup, Doorf 5.9, to some burly steep climbs like Stress Test 5.12a and French Pinchler 5.13b.
The area can be quite cool due to a constant breeze from the tunnel.

Getting There

Walk left on the access trail for about 3 minutes until you encounter the obvious old mine tunnel covered by a wooden door.

I dropped in yesterday with my family and jumped on a route next to the second tunnel door (after tunnel wall maybe?) - leftmost of 3 routes. What was that route/rating? Looks not to hard until you jump on it, cruxy start and hard between bolts 2&3 and 3&4 then eases up toward the chains. Aug 1, 2017
