This is a shady area is just off the trail towards Hollow's Way from from the Roadsign Boulder. It's just off the road and parking is close, but it doesn't seem to see much traffic. The rock is mostly good quality for Flagstaff, but some of the flakes are a little concerning especially since most of the problems here are highball and often have bad landings.

Park near the Capstan Boulder and hike the trail past the Roadsign Boulder towards the Notlim Boulder. The wall is on your right on the way down the hill.
