Description
This area is being developed really quick by some of the locals. It's just west of Ephraim (15 miles south of Maple Canyon)and has a little bit of everything right now. It is sunny nearly all day until late afternoon with easy access. Lots of bouldering and rumors of more routes being put up (4-8 already existing. Some of the rock can be crumbly but once u clean it up, it yields hidden opportunities for great boulder problems and routes!
Getting There
From the Ephraim Maverik, Head west on 100 North. Continue on past a dogleg right at 1.5 miles from the Maverik, where 100 N becomes River Ln. After the dogleg, it continues west for another 2.25 Miles (3.75 total miles from Maverik) and becomes a dirt road (still River Ln). Another .33 miles after the dirt road start (Total approx 4.1 miles), there will be a right hand intersection (on the left is the R. Larson Sheep Co.). Take this right which turns left (west) again after .5 mile. Again it turns right after .25 miles (not the first right at .125 miles). Go north till it T's at 1 mile and go left (west), where it will angle right and then T again with north being the correct direction. A little less than .25 miles north one will see a left (westward) intersection. Take this for .5 miles and then the right (north). This final road will head north with some westward angling until you get to the mouth of the canyon.
