Description

Though they provide no hassle to belayers and climbers, ants will find any food with laser precision...instantly. The best way to deal with this is to hang any food high up in a tree.

The crag goes into the shade after midday. Provides nothing but stellar climbing on perfect limestone. Pretty much every line at this crag is a classic. Will delight the 5.11 - 5.12 climber.

[Note] an 5.11b exists on the right far of the crag but access is unavailable as a monk is living in the cave at the base of the climb. DO NOT CLIMB [Note]

Getting There

Take the trail for the Tamarind Village, and keep heading. On the low trail, the Ant Hill is the last crag you reach,

watch out for the tamarind leaves. fuzzy little pepper lookin things sitting calf high of the ground. you itch and burn without seeing what is causing it. they also float around the air and hang on ropes. fantastic climbing here! Mar 5, 2012
