Description

This area is designated as all the boulders up on the main hill on the right along the path at the base. The rocks here are the same as all the others, chossy with funky angular holds but some good lines have been done and there are definitely more possibilities.

Getting There

From the parking lot take a left on a paved trail that turns to dirt. Follow the trail and head up the chossy hill to the right.

There's also a group of 3 boulders shortly down the path from the first boulder (left side of path) With some nice non-chossy climbs. I used to warmup here I think there's a V0 and 2 1's.

Additionally down the path from that and also on the left is 2 boulders. One is tall and has a flake feature that goes in a crescent up to the top. Really good climb V1-2ish but can't top it out without a serious cleaning.

The boulder next to this tall one is short and if I remember correctly might even be a different kind of rock (granite or schist as opposed to I think dolomite in the park). It has a pretty burly V3 arrete traverse. Probably the best climb in the park. Feb 20, 2016
