Description

A primarily shaded cliff, it is probably better to climb here during the warmer months or on a warmer winter day. A short approach is a welcome reprieve from some of the lung busting hikes you may otherwise be accustomed to in this area.

Getting There

From eastbound on the 88, turn off left onto the dirt road for the Crystal Springs Campground and take the immediate right into the turnout loop to park.

Anyone climbed either of the two offwidths up at Strangler Cliff? One is about 2 feet left of Strangle Hold (~30') and the other is on the wall uphill and directly behind Hillside Strangler (~20'). I'm heading up tonight to give em a go, so any info will probably be after the fact... but still much appreciated. Jul 9, 2013
