Follow the dirt road marked "9B-14". As you head in, these boulders are on the left of the road after picnic area 14. (If you reach Goat Rock and picnic areas 10 and 11, you've gone a bit too far.)

In the summer, you can drive down this road. In the winter, you need to park at a gate at the end it.
