Introduction

The highest peak of the Chilliwack Range, almost 1,000 feet higher than Sleese. A worthy almost-9,000-footer, steep, glaciated, and hard to get to. The easy route is the south side, but the shortest approach is from the north. The Northeast Face is considered a good alpine climb.

Approaches

The map shows the Canadian way in red. Two American approaches, within North Cascades National Park, are shown in orange. Both use Hannegan Pass to begin.
